The Income / Expense Summary Report (your accountant’s report) is a general Category report but subtotaled by Category Types, Categories and subcategories all in one report, It displays only Category totals. You can filter this report any way you want.
By default, when you select this report, MintToReport selects all of your Income and Expense categories and Last Year (since most run this report for tax purposes), but the final result is up to you.

If you end up generating a report that you will use over time, save it by clicking on the User Report button.
